Nature Strong is a fitness program that takes your workout outside in order to increase movement, relieve stress and build high levels of strength and work capacity. Nature Strong provides you with an alternative to the traditional gym routine.  These days, most working professionals find themselves in a seated position throughout the day, moving very little. In addition, exposure to the outdoors is limited and often times relegated to the weekends or vacations. As a result, joint pain, weight gain, stress and anxiety are common complaints among busy working professionals. Our bodies were designed for a life outside, in constant motion and working with our hands.  Nature Strong provides you with the opportunity to put your body back in touch with its true function. With Nature Strong you will experience the healing benefits of nature while getting into incredible shape.
