Training Services
Individual Training Sessions (60 minutes)
Expect to get 5,000 steps and a 15 minute total body workout utilizing sandbags, kettlebells, rucksacks and more. Sessions take place at local parks, trails, neighborhoods easily accessible to you.
Individual or Group Training Sessions in the Mountains (2 hours, wknds)
These sessions will take you into the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western Loudon county. For these sessions, we meet at a private lot where we have access to all kinds of unconventional and fun training methods. Expect to hike a couple of miles, push and pull sleds, chop wood, lift stones, carry logs and hang out with goats. These sessions are fun for groups and workplace team building.
Zoom Sessions (30 minutes)
These sessions allow us to get in a quick total body workout regardless of busy schedules or inclement weather.
Custom Training Plans (monthly packages)
If you're traveling, relocating or prefer to train solo, I can design individualized detailed monthly training plans to help meet your fitness goals. With weekly check-ins via text and Zoom, I will make sure you are hitting your goals.
